Returns are accepted for exchange or refund up to 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". That is, without showing signs of wear or damage in any way.

Return/Refunds/Exchanges are not offered:

• after 7 calendar days of the delivery date

• for a special order or custom order

• for Vertical Garden Kits

• for masks

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective or damaged must be brought to our attention within 7 calendar days of the delivery date or the sale is considered final.
